@HC we are expecting an answer on this question since you do support exchange. Can you please recommend which spam control application works better with mail domains and how to configure it ?

I personally like hosted spam/anti-virus solutions.  Just some of the pro's to hosted solutions:
    • Hosted solutions see billions of emails a day and update signatures in real-time
    • No admin/maitenance overhead
    • No bad emails make it into your network
    • Bandwidth utilization goes down since 90+% of emails are spam and never make it into your network
    • Most services offer queuing, so if your internet connection or exchange server goes down, you do not lose any email as it is being queued in the cloud
    • Several companies out there for this.  The big three in my opinion and all are good:
    1. Microsoft Forefront Online
    2. Postini/Google
    3. MXLogic
    4. MailScanner (http://www.mailscanner.info/ ) This one is FREE Edition.
