slow reply

Im enjoying HC and about to buy it, but it seems it takes long to get answers. I posted message in Forum and sent a ticket and I see many messages here 1 month old and no answer from HC.

IS there some explanation??

Out of hundreds you may find few posts unreplied if overlooked. We usually resopond here within a day and on emails within minutes/hours. You may notice bit slow response during last few days because of local holidays.
