Bugs on Hotfix 3.1

Hello,
Today, I have installed the last hotfix 3.1 but now I can detect that appear several blank web pages, when I use a language pack.

The problem is for all language pack, except English.

Thanks for any urgent solution.

Well this is not a bug. Normally we publish language packs after 3 days of latest hotfix. We will update them in the start of next week. Thanx
