will our clients have to logon to the specific server the site is actually hosted or they will all have the saem URL to logon to the panel regardless of where the site is located ?

They can login by using any Server HC Admin URL if HC site is created in IIS during HC installation.

so, even if we have 5 different web servers running in the cluster clients and administrators they can all have one single point to login using the master controller URL correct ?

You can access HC website with any URL of any WebServer ( Master or Subsequent ) in the cluster because all WebServers are connected to single centralized HC Database.
