Build 12 password reset problem

After I installed Build 12 I can't reset passwords on any accounts
Anyone else having this issue?

Its a big problem, please rebuild 12, it is necessary.

The issue can be replicated in http://www.hostingcontrollerdemo.com/

They have released again build12 in which those issues was fixed. So you can modify the build
