UPGRADE UTILITY DOESN'T WORK

I have sent trouble tickets to support via email, I have talked to Asiz via Live CHat, now I am posting this issue in forum, is somebody going to answer with a solution or a plan of action ?
I have been trying to upgrade several HC6.1 servers to HC7 to no avail and nobody is answering my tickets or claims for help.

the answer for that ticket number HAS NOTHING to do with what my question in this posting explains !!! again i ask, PLEASE, PLEASE, READ QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU ANSWER THEM.
