Issue

Hello
We recently changed our passwords due to an employee separation. As of right now Hosting Controller is not properly linked to the servers which is preventing us from creating new accounts. Will anyone elaborate about this issue?

You will need to specify the updated credentials in HC10 Panel under Configurations >> Servers >> Edit Server. Upon specifying the new password, your issue shall be resolved too. If problem still persists then feel free to open a ticket with support@hostingcontroller.com
