When I try to upload the csv file with bulk mail contacts for exchange organization HC10 throws the error: White spaces in the email address, even though there aren't any white spaces in the external email address. I have double checked the csv file for white spaces in the email section and there isn't any white space.

When a reseller or host account deletes a user the scheduled task fails and the user isn't deleted. After initiating the advanced delete and waiting for the scheduler to run, we encounter the the task is showing a 'Failed' status.
We can't figure out why the user isn't deleted. Please help us.

We recently changed our passwords due to an employee separation. As of right now Hosting Controller is not properly linked to the servers which is preventing us from creating new accounts. Will anyone elaborate about this issue?

My Mail Enable is sending out junk emails. At the moment many seem to originate from "postmaster@domain.com" which is a domain on this system, but is not a mail domain.
 
At other times, the emails are "from" and "to" completely external domains. Its almost like I am an open relay, but I am not...
I have checked the SMTP configuration and it seems OK. Only authenticated users can send out.
I have checked the logs and I cannot understand how these emails are getting in and out of the system.
 
I need some help to stop this from happening...

When a client forget his password, hc doesn't send forget password email, when I create new domain,hc doesn't send new domain creation email and this is continue with other actions as well.

Does Hosting Controller support Dutch language? One of my client is interested to use HC but he must need to see the panel in Dutch language.
