How to Delete a FTP user when HC control server is a part of the domain?

I am having an issues with ftp users, and their accounts. I am unable to delete a website if the that website has ftp user created.
 
We also cannot evenedit or delete the user. We are getting an error:
Unable to update ftp user.
 
We are also unable to ftp to our websites.
 
Please help.

Can you please let us know if you are having this issue with Linux or Windows FTP Servers ? Also, share the details of your infrastructure so we may guide you.

How can I share my infra details here on a public forum....
 
Anyway I have fixed the problem by reconfiguring FTP settings.
