Bulk Mail Contacts

While adding Bulk Mail Contacts when I am going to upload the CVS file, it throws an error as: 
Error: Email address "" contains white space in CSV file. An email address cannot contains white space. 
 
I am not sure why this error is occurring. Please help!

Adding Bulk Mail Contacts in HC10 Panel is giving an error

When I add bulk mail contacts through HC10 Panel via csv file  I get an error that email address has blank spaces. I followed the sample csv file provided by HC where i left the internal email id as empty but i did enter the external email id.

HC AD Sync taking too much time in syncing the password from local to the hosted Cloud AD

When I change a user password in the local AD, it takes atleast 10 minutes to sync the password from local AD to the Cloud AD. any reason for so much delay? or Is it normal?

Exchange Server not available while creating a new Exchange Organization in HC10 Panel

When I try to create a new exchange organization with a mail domain, the exchange server shows as disabled in the mail domain creation page. I have also checked Exchange Server Connectivity in the HC10 Panel and it is fine but the issue is still present.

Currency Selection

Hello. I have selected the US Dollar currency for the Global Admin user. Is it possible to choose different currency for the Reseller of same Global Admin?

Disable/delete mailboxes in HC panel

I am trying to disable/delete a mailbox in HC Panel but I am not able to do so.. I have checked my server which is connecting fine.
Please help in this regard.

How to Delete a FTP user when HC control server is a part of the domain?

I am having an issues with ftp users, and their accounts. I am unable to delete a website if the that website has ftp user created.
 
We also cannot evenedit or delete the user. We are getting an error:
Unable to update ftp user.
 
We are also unable to ftp to our websites.
 
Please help.
