FTP user connection error when I try to connect using FileZila.

I created a ftp user from HC10 Panel and when I try to connect through FileZila it gives me connection error. Any Idea why this is happening?

What hostname are you using in FileZila for FTP connection? If you are using the name of the website then make sure either the website is publicly accessible or manual DNS entry is made into the Host file for making the website resolvable. 

You can also use your public IP to establish FTP connection.
