How to connect Controller to computer for monitoring

How can I connect my to computer for remote monitoring?
 Did I need any interface in the control system?

 i am owner of websites and i own few of website hosted inside hc control panel. I am facing few issue in few of my website but i am not able to contact my host admin. i am aware you are owner of hc panel and not hosting my website. Can you help me find my admin.

I cannot add Hyper-V server to my server cluster in HC10 Panel.

I am trying to add a new Hyper-V server to my server cluster but when I enter my server IP address it says "Error: Unable to connect. Please verify HC Provisioning Service is running properly on remote server."

What does this mean?

Full access Permission

Hi
 
When adding full access permissions to users you can only add a specific amount at one point. If you have a client with more than 40-50 users and they all need full access to a resource mailbox it will only do 10-20 permissions at a time.
Can this be looked into?

FTP user connection error when I try to connect using FileZila.

I created a ftp user from HC10 Panel and when I try to connect through FileZila it gives me connection error. Any Idea why this is happening?

I can't Login Into one of my Exchange mailbox in OWA

I changed the password of the mailbox through HC10 Panel and when I try to login into that mailbox through OWA I get Password incorrect error. Please HELP.
