I have been using Hosting Controller since 2014. I read about HC new version, HC10. Do you guys provides the Load Balancing of HC10 panel like HC9? Like one HC panel goes down then the backup panel start working automatically.
 
Before moving to HC10, I wanted to make sure that all HC9 features are available in HC10 too. Also can you share a document with me containing the details on this topic?

I have created the mailboxes with the Automatic choice of the database in the database selection mode while configuring in the Exchange server.Now all of my mailboxes are scattering in different databases instead of adding in the same database.

All my Servers are down on HC10 Panel.
