Does hosting controller offer two factors authentication?

I recently came across a problem where one of my client deleted an all important database for his website. Is there any way in HC10 I can backup all my data on daily basis and restore it if needed? If there is then is it a paid service or a free one?

As you guys know Google is marking every non-SSL website as unsafe and it effects the search ranking of the website as well. Please let me know the ways SSL is handled in HC Panel and if we can use Lets Encrypt with HC10 or not.

We just updated our SimpleDNS Plus server to version 8.0 build 10, We are using HC 9.24. Now when we try to add a new DNS Zone or add DNS ZOne for a Website we get Error 71500160 Error occurred while adding DNS Zone. I am assuming this is a incompatibility between HC 9.24 and the new SimpleDNS 8.0 Build 10 Server? Is anyone else running into this? Is there a way to fix it?

I am trying to configure your Web console feature in my HC panel. There are no instructions available on your kb section from where I can take the help. Can I have the steps which are required to be performed to achieve this feature? And can you let me know which solution are you using at the back end to provide the VM web access?

I want to delete one of my Web Server but I get the error: "Please verify this server does not have any role configured before deleting it from the cluster."


I don't have any website on this server and I still can't delete the Web Server.
