I am trying to set up the Azure pipeline for Power Platform environment creation. I have created the App Registration in Azure AD. Now I am struggling to create the Power Platform service connection to be used by the environment creation task. What should I put for the server url since the environment doesn't exist yet? Also one of the pre-requisite is to add the registered App ID to the Power Platform environment and assign a security role. In my case since the environment doesn't exist yet how is this user association created? Any help is much appreciated, I am really not sure what I might be missing.

Active Directory Synchronization Tool Update
Toronto, Canada – September 26, 2022– We would like to inform our customers that Hosting Controller Product "Active Directory Synchronization Application" latest version is now available. Details of improvements and enhancements are given below.
 

• Group members sync issues for such AD groups only if they have more than 1500 members
• Where object was not added automatically as a member to ADSync security group when using ADSync utility interface to manually map such user which has different domains email address (UPN) in local and cloud DC.
• License count issue only while enabling multiple cloud domain synchronization.

1. Domain Controller Authentication for ADSSP Administrators
2. AD users (under a selected security group) can now login to the admin section of ADSSP and authenticated directly from the selected Domain Controller.
3. Feature to select any specific OU with allow permissions for its users to enroll in the Portal.
4. Portal Admin can now add new custom attributes of Active Directory.
5. Admin can now set profile attributes as mandatory.
6. Option to provide possible values for any attributes has been added.
7. Admin can now dis-enroll a user directly from the admin section.
8. Log and report each admin’s operation.
