Microsoft recently announced a security update for vulnerabilities in Exchange Server 2019, 2016, and 2013. The update that was announced on November 9, 2021, came as a security update rollup for some very pressing Exchange Server spoofing and remote code vulnerabilities.
 
Hosting Controller immediately verified the descriptions of the security update and sized it against its latest service pack 10.28. The vulnerabilities were already found resolved in the latest build.

Good day.
 
I want logs to go to a location outside of the Provisioned site's "home directory".
 
The logs will be consolidated to a central logging service.  How I configure it will be heavily dependent on the options that HC10 provides, eg can the per-VirtualHost log setting be removed from the template, or replaced with an entry that sends all logs to a single file, or to separate files in a single directory, etc.
 
Perhaps HC10 has a plugin or option to achieve logging via rsyslog or similar?

Active Directory Synchronization Tool Update [July 15 2021]

What is HC Directory Synchronization Tool:
HC Directory Synchronization (HCdirSync) is a tool used to synchronize your local Active Directory with your hosted cloud Active Directory. The purpose of this tool is to synchronize an external Active Directory with your hosted cloud based Active Directory. Large organizations that already have an Active Directory infrastructure and want to link their local Active Directory with their hosted Exchange Active Directory can use this tool. This tool manages User Accounts and Security Groups and performs following operations.

Microsoft latest security patch released on 13th of April has major modification in implementations w.r.t remote PS due to which not only Hosting Controller application but also, all other applications’ vendors that solely rely on remote PowerShell for Exchange (2013,2016 or 2019) are impacted.
 
Till now we do not know whether Microsoft will provide any hotfix for this issue or not but Hosting Controller understands the business requirements of its customers and feels the dire need for a rapid solution for its customers so their businesses should not be impacted due to the latest Cumulative Update of Exchange. Therefore, our development team has taken necessary and rapid action. We have released a build that includes fix only for this case.
