Is it possible to transfer an organization from one Control Panel User to another? 

Can you provide me the steps please if that is possible.
 

I have the following servers in my panel and I was wondering if it is possible for me to assign a specific server to specific users in my panel so they can only provision resources from the assigned servers only:
 
web-server A (Winodws)
web-server B (Linux)
 
mail-server C (SmarterMail)
mail-sever D (MailEnable)
 
how can I create hosting plans for end users to only use web-sever A and mail-server C ?
and
how can I create hosting plans for re-sellers to specifically use only web-server B and mail-server D ?

I know this issue does not come under HC support scope. However, if you can help me in order to fix this missing "msvcp120.dll and msvcr120.dll" then I would be really thankful to you guys.

What will happen if I change Internal HC Authentication to External AD-User Authentication with existing Admin users which are configured in Internal HC Authenticaion
 
 
We would like to use AD Authentication but I am afraid if I change it what will happen to my Admin users, can i use both internal and AD at the same time?
