<b>ATTN: Bug Reporting and HotFixes</b>

We have implemented a new system that allows us to better manage the on-going development and service packs. The new system is an important step toward controlled software process management and improved QA standards.

Under the new system, it is decided that:

1. We will release hotfixes on 1st and 15th of each month. If 1st or 15th is Sunday then hotfix will be on next day. The first hotfix will be on 15th November. Each sub-sequent hotfix will include the functionality of all previously released hotfixes.

2. Custom fix will only be given for critical issues effecting business running. For non-critical issues or the issues with alternate solution, you will be requested to wait for hotfix.

The hotfix will be released after 3 stage testing to ensure the quality.

You are requested to apply the latest hotfix when you have a problem. If hotfix doesn¬t fix problem only then send the issue to support team.

It is recommended to post bugs to support team and get a ticket instead of posting on forum. This will ensure that development team knows the problem in timely fashion. Please do NOT post duplicate threads or ticket. This never helps anyone!

We are also improving documentation. New manuals are being written and FAQ and KB is updated with new articles. In next few week, you can expect to have all common issues discussed in online knowledgebase.

We expect to continue having full co-operation from valued customers.
