MS SQL login user name

Database manager correctly creates the database and the associated SQL login user name.
On deletion, it deletes the selected database but not the associated login user name.
This causes a lot of ghost SQL login user names not associated to any dabase present in sql server.

Any solution?

Thank you.

Yes we don¬t delete SQL DB user on deletion because if it is being used by any other database then it will create problems.

This is interesting. Some customers have asked us if it is possible to share the same SQL user between multiple databases.
At the moment HC control panel allow only to create a new one user on new database creation. Is it right or are we missing something?
The only way we know to do that is using sql enterprise manager, or is it possible also thru HC control panel?

I have rechecked it with latest hotfix 2.6 and confirmed that now HC does delete SQL db user from Enterprise Manager on SQL db deletion from HC panel. Please check can you manually delete SQL db users from SQL Server? Otherwise I will suggest you to contact with support@hostingcontroller.com to resolve this issue. Thanx
