FTP folder needed

RBX has been deleting other folders older then 7 days old on my ftp server. How can I add a folder to the ftp path?

Your question is not very clear to me. If you are asking about RBX backup on FTP Server then please check your "Enable Stacking" option under Backup Option tab of BackupSettings.exe. RBX will purge old backup folders according to this schedule.

Let me clear it up. I used the stacking feature and the purge feature and RBX deleted everything on my backup ftp server that was older then 7 days. I use the ftp drive for backing up other things as well.

This should definitely not work this way!! If I could choose a folder on the ftp drive then I could have RBX backup to only that location. Then, hopefully the stacking would only deleted old files from that directory not the entire drive.

RBX does not delete any other folder on FTP Server. Please contact with support@hostingcontroller.com they will check this issue for you.
