DNS lookup error

1- I made a Backup for the server useing rebuildXpress.
2- I formated the Server
3- I installed
SQL Server
Mail Enabled
HC6 (With Hotfix 3.3)
4- Restoring using rebuildXpress

Now users can send and recieve emails
Opinning HC Control Panel using IP address is OK example (192.168.1.10:8077)
Openning HC Control Panel using domain name it doesn't work example (www.tariq.com/admin) or (www.tariq.com:8077) Gives this error

Domain is there in IIS
port TCP 80, TC 53 are Opened
DNS Service is runing

What can be wrong?

It might be the issue due to DNS. Can you access http://tariq.com and please also verify what IP does it resolve? It should come from your current server.
