FTP Backup to a specific folder

How can I configure rebuildXpress to save the backup to a folder by name (HCBackup) on my ftp server ???

Please open BackupSettings.exe at this path \Program Files\Advanced Communications\rebuildXpress of your server under Backup Path tab select 'FTP Server' option and whatever the ip or domain name you provide here HC will create backup folders on FTP root. You should point your FTP to the specific folder in that way HC will create folders on specific path.

How can I do that?

- I opened BackupSettings.exe
- Backup Path tab
- I selected FTP
Location : (inactive)
FTP Server : 192.162.1.20
FTP Port : 21
Loogin : ftpuser
password : ftppass

Is there anyway to tell rebuildXpress to Backup data to this folder (HCBackup) in FTP Server (and not in the root of my account) as this is a shared FTP Server and I have only one account on it.

Open your IIS Server and go to the propertiese of your Default FTP Site (If Shared IP) then click on Home Directory tab and Set Local Path as where you want to take the backup of RBX. Please also make sure you have given FTP User R/W permissions on your RBX Backup folder. Now provide your Shared IP, FTP User and Password in RBX backup path settings
