Thanks for the replies to this thread. This is probably one of the most common things I get asked for that HC does not do.

I need to be able to add access to a ftp user to 1 folder.

It means additional FTP user will have access on only ONE root folder. It can be any sub folder under WWW and this sub folder was already created. Right?

I would say yes the folder has already been created so we would select it in HC and the folder should be anywhere in the user range so it could be to the side of www or a sub-folder of www or any sub-folder from there.

webuser/www
webuser/myftpfolder

OR

webuser/www/images
webuser/www/myftpfolder

or even (Or some combination)

webuser/www/images/myftpfolder

Often times my users do not want public access to the folder, but some do
