Sites is not running after restoring

I am restoring HC-6 on windows 2003. After restoring all backup, All sites has been created on IIS. but sites not runing because Anonymous User and password not set to right one.
what is the solutions.

It seems your HC anonymous user (HC7Administrator) password is not synchronized. First you have to reset its password in computer management and set the same password for HC7 Admin site as well as admin virtual directory under each website in IIS at this path ( Domain---->Propertiese--->Directory Security ).
