All users that try to use Linkpoint get this error: "Some unhandled exception has occurred."
What is required to fix this?

I have a problem with db backups made via HC panel, with databases stored on a remote Linux machine. When a user makes a backup using the "Backup DB" button HC creates an empty file in the "db" the folder of the website, even if HC shows a message saying that the backup was completed. This problem doesn't happen if the db is stored locally on the same server as the websites.
How can I solve this issue?

So sad, we used Serv-U, now we moved to Gene6 and as per their forum where other customers complain, its almost impossible to get a response from their support team.

Does anyone know whats going on?

HC, any chance you can try contact with them, as they are supported software and I guess the last remaining decent FTP server supported by HC?
 
I had some vulnerabilities I needed to ask them about, but they simply ignore emails, a few months ago after a lot of insistance, I got reply from Mathieu...
 
It would be nice for them to really decide, if they will remain in the market or not, answer their customers or not...
 
So sad, as its such nice software.

tested in 2 HC installations, latest HC version.
 
Simply set a forwarder in some email account via HC. Ok, save, it works. Now try to remove that email from forwarder field and save. What you typed before reappears. So HC does not let you REMOVE a forwarder (email account) that you specified...

Awstats does not create the correct permissions for the virtual directory nor does it set the handler maping for .pl

A customer installed Website builder (Joomla CMS) via 1 clicker.
 
HC only shows a link to http://www.website.com/cms where, if you login, theres nothing, everything blank.

everything is blank... user has to KNOW that he has to use URL http://www.website.com/cms/administrator to log to Joomla admin.
 
This is not explained anywhere at all in the interface.

It seems its not possible to define other port different then  25 for SMTP server in Configure Services :: Mail Delivery Settings.

Someone pls confirm and if its not possible can it be added? We have submission port 587 enabled on our mail server, so all users sending out mail have to authenticate via port 587 or 465 SSL, as per RFC4409.
 
I tried hostname:587 and it doesnt work.
