We frequently receive secure website request from our clients. Till then we chose godaddy SSL but I think their standard SSL price is very high. Just want to take HC user opinion that what SSL certificate you chose and what price they offer to you ?

I want to know if Smartermail lite edition is supported by HC.

We recently updated to the latest release of HC. I'm not sure if this is what caused it, but any DNS record we updated in HC, SimpleDNS would no longer see. We had to manually create the entries in SimpleDNS, and then update. That worked. Or, we re-imported the file, and that worked as well. Something has happened. 
 
I even tried deleting the file, and then using HC to create a new one and add records. The records show up in HC, but SimpleDNS does not load them. A reload, clear cache, none of them work.

Personally I preferred the way it was in HC. After you answered a ticket via HC web panel, it would remain in that ticket, then I could easily close it.
 
Right now what happens is, after you answer a ticket, it goes back to the ticket listing (unsorted). I have to sort or type the ticket # in the search, to be able to find it again and then open it and close it.
 
Dont you also think the previous way was better? When were checking tickets and closing a bunch its much easier to reply, stay in that same ticket, so we can take some action like close it.

How do I go about adding a one-time add-on? So, I want to offer something like "script setup" or "backup retrieval". It's a one-time non-recurring charge.

Is there a way to send a customer their account setup email? Let's say for example I manually create their account or, if they lose the initial email and I want to re-send it. Is there a way?

I am trying to run autosignup in French Language but I get this error: Access denied; Auto Signup is currently disabled. I tried with English and did not find any issue but as soon as I login in HC panel with French Language I cannot use Auto-signup. Kindly help.

I was told IIS Password doenst work anymore on win 2k8 x64.

Has anyone found any alternative? Those that upgraded simply the users that were using IIS pwd, I imagine it stopped working...

Maybe something can be done with normal authentication of windows?
