WHMCS module issues

Last week we integrated Hosting controller with our WHMCS there we noticed lot of problems
Issues:
  1. User unable to reset the password
  2. Suspend user only disable user but not the website
  3. Terminate button not working
  4. The Major one, there are existing some other modules configured with our whmcs, for HC we must have to define Globally two customer fields " Panel Login Name & Panel Login Password " . These fields appear with other products services which not related to Hosting Controller. This simple break our other product services and non HC customer feels very inconvenient.
Which HC should do is not make it compulsory to define these 2 fields globally, you can change the integration where these fields could be defined against each product and services related to HC packages.

For us it is impossible to wait for another build to change the implementation please do let us know when these problem will get resolve so we could actually use WHMCS with Hosting controller ?

My lifetime support for HS8 expired

Hi
I was patching my HC cluster to newest build and now a can't intall because of maintainance is expired.
When i bought HC there was no maintainace fee, only upgrade to newer license e.t.c HC 9 and priority support fee.
And in the mail from HC are this sentence:
All Hosting Controller products come with lifetime support. If you require any further support email at support@hostingcontroller.com.

What happened !!!
I got quote from support  for a support @500$ for next year to fix bugs....
I was installing my 2 server license i dont have used last 1.5 years, to creating new hc cluster.
if this is the case i will install the new server with plesk. They cant be that bad..

Regards
Kristjan

stats problems

hi

after upgrading we again see problems with users beeing unable to access the statistic pages of the webhotel. We used to tell them to simply go to "tools" -> "stats" and remove the stats for the domain and then recreate them and they would have again a working stats page INCLUDING the old stats. After upgrading to build 10 this sadly DELETES the stats - so gone with months or years of stats - not good.

its ofcause a problem that customers so often need to delete and recreate the stats pages after a upgrade of HC, but in failing to fix this issue at least we need that the actual stats data are not deleted when deleting the stats page. Normally I would understand that the data should be deleted when You delete "stats on your page", but since its a HC feature also for fixing stats problems then its not so good.

migrate part of a domain to other server

hi

we often see situations in our current setup where we want to move a domain or more likely part of it (most often DB part, next most ww part) from one server to an other. In other CPs there are tools for this, but not of HC I think.

Will there ever be a tool for this for HC?

is it possible to update the database manually after manually moving www files or mysql maybe so that HC is able to handle the DB/www in the new place again?
